Episode 214 - Part 3 Oak nightstand with a drawer - gluing drawers and bodies, cutting grooves for panels /

We connect the cabinet body with domino pins and glue kleiberite. I put an oak plywood panel as the back wall. I squeeze the whole thing with wolfcraft screw clamps. After assembling the body, I collect the dimensions for a drawer and a stack of board-sized k690s. Pile management grooves the sides of the drawers underneath, the panel. I use the df 500 festool and domino pins to learn the sides. I squeeze the drawers with screw clamps. After the glue is cured, I remove the excess with a chisel. On the ks150 edge sander, I straighten the sides. I use the triton eccentric sander to sand the entire drawer. I screw the drawers to the previously mounted guides in the bodies. I collect the measurement for the front of the drawer and cut the material into a pile. I align the front with the ad741 felder. I format and sand before assembly.
