Join us on our journey through Skagway, Alaska, aboard Holland America’s Nieuw Amsterdam! Our day started with a scenic ride on the historic White Pass and Yukon Railroad, taking us into Canada and back via bus. Along the way, we were treated to breathtaking views of rugged landscapes and historic sites.

Afterwards, we stopped to try our hand at gold panning and enjoyed a delicious BBQ lunch amidst stunning surroundings. Back in Skagway, we explored the town before embarking on a memorable ‘Skagway in Focus’ excursion with a talented photographer. Together, we captured incredible images of waterfalls, cascades, and the majestic beauty up to the White Pass once more.

Back onboard, the adventure continued with an exhilarating Bar Crawl on Orange Night, where we had a blast exploring the ship’s vibrant nightlife. Join us as we relive these unforgettable moments and stay tuned for more from our Alaska cruise series!
