Recipe:

- 9 1/2 oz (269 g) Ground almonds
- 2 Egg whites (75 g or 2 2/3 oz)
- 4 1/2 oz (128 g) Powdered sugar
- 1 tbsp. honey
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 tsp. almond
- Lemon zest, 1/2 a medium-sized lemon
- Wafer paper
- Top with Almonds and Halved, Candied Cherries
