This is a review of the second version of the Arctic Assault Trooper, Iceberg. Being part of the "basic" line or Battle Corps figure #3, he came with a sprue of generic weapons and missile launcher. However, unique to this figure is a jet powered boogie-board with the GI Joe logo on it.
