The kacchi biryani is one of the most well-known dishes from Bangladesh. It is also known as Dhakai Kacchi.
Mr. Anubhav Sapra, a prominent Indian Food Blogger, traveled from Delhi only to experience traditional Bangla cuisine. We had the opportunity to invite him to taste and experience the cooking process of Dhakai Kacchi Biriyani.
Salam's Kitchen is run by M/S Salam catering service which is one of the leading and famous catering service in Dhaka. It is owned by Haji Salam Miah (famously know Salam Baburchi). According to Mr. Salam, he was the first chef to introduce the Basmati kacchi biryani in events throughout the nation in 1993.
