This is the fastest way I have found to fill medium to large knots in wood. Using traditional epoxy means you have to wait to fill knots because the epoxy can take hours to days to fully cure. Time is valuable if your a hobbyist or a production shop so the faster you can fill knots the better. I use a two step process with a base of oatey fix it stick which cures enough in 5- 6 minutes to then put tinted five minute epoxy on top to fill in the rest. After about 30 minutes from start to finish you can carry on working with your material. This is the fastest way I have found to fill knots, if you have a faster or more efficient way please share, I'd love to see it.
