For some reason the game was running at 40 UPs while recording this without any mods. The video is 2X sped up. Apparently there is a bug right now - when certain demo screen is shown, the game locks to 40 UPs.
The video ends with several launchers available at a time when local resources are exhausted and the base should be moved to another location with a proper frontline.
This was a relaxed gameplay. A "speed run" can achieve the same result significantly faster than 40min.
