I really didn't imagine that you can cook cauliflower like this so addicting with the dipping sauce, this is perfect for a party like a Superbowl party, or just a get together with friends. Super easy to make.

Ingredients:
1 large cauliflower
1 cup flour
1 tsp.salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. paprika
2 eggs
1/2 cup water ( add a little more if the batter is too thick)

Creamy Garlic Dipping Sauce:
1/2 cup sour cream (add 2 tbsp. milk if sauce is too thick)
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. white pepper
2 cloves minced garlic
1 tbsp. lemon
1 tbsp. chopped parsley
1 1/2 tbsp. parmesan cheese
