CRR Concert Hall in Istanbul - 15 November 2023

When we wake up in the morning with some intentions and plans, we do not know what awaits us during the day. Miracles are waiting for us to live our dreams or beyond them. To live, free from limits and fears... To live, freely in truth... How beautiful to be only in the moment and in the breath!

🌟 That evening I went to listen to the concert of the legendary musicians Richard Bona, Sylvain Luc and Nicholas Viccaro at CRR with great appetite. In the middle of the concert, when Bona asked, "I want to learn Turkish music, I want to learn a piece of Turkish music, is there anyone who can teach me?" I raised my hand with a natural reflex. Then he said "come on and sing", and when he renewed it a second time with "come on and sing" while I was glued to my seat with my heart in my mouth from excitement, I suddenly found myself on the stage next to the musicians I love. I was thrilled and ecstatic so my heart was beating prestissimo, probably over 200 BPM.. 😅
I thought of teaching Üsküdar'a Gideriken which one of the best known songs, but I couldn't stand the groove they played and threw myself into the see of improvisation and this performance came out completely in the flow. Sometimes it just happens, namaste.
