Aaj ke is video main maine "GHUGNI CHAAT" ki recipe share kiya hai.

ye ek kafi lajij aur sabki pasandida recipe hai....

1 ya 2 Hari Mirchi
Kuch Dhaniya ki patti
Lal Mirchi Powder
Haldi Powder
Jeera Powder
Namak
Thodi si Chini
Refined Oil
1 Chutki Baking Soda
1 Chutki Hing
Food colour 1 chutki
Chaat Masala, Nimbu, Bhujiya aur Ketchup...


Method
-------
Sabse pahle jis din aapko Ghugni banani ho, aapko 12 se 15 ghanto ke liye matar ko pani main bhingo kar rakh dena hai isse matar acche se ful jayega aur boil vi badi aasani se ho jayega ...

12 se 14 hours ke baad jab savi Matar acche se ful gaye hoo, savi Matar ko dhokar saaf kar lenge aur pressure cooker main sabhi Matar aur ek chutki baking soda daal kar 5 ya 6 siti tak cook karenge...

6 sitiyoon ke baad jabtak cooker ka dhakkan khulta hai tabtak hum Aalu Tikki taiyaar kar lenge...

Tikki banane ke liye maine 2 Aalu ubaal kar liya hai jisme kuch barik kate hue Dhaniya ki patti 1 Hari Mirchi, aur thoda sa swaadanusar Namak mix karke acche se mashed kar liya hai...

Ab maine apne hatheliyoon par thoda sa oil laga kar mashed Aalu ko Tikki ka shape de diya hai....

Sabhi Tikki ko dono taraf acche se fry karke utaar lenge...

Ab bari hai Ghugni banane ki ....
Ghugni banane ke liye maine ek kadhai main thoda sa oil garam karke 2 pyaaj kaat kar fry kar liya hai..

Jab pyaaj thoda sa nam ho jaye tab hum isme 1 karchul ke madad se 1 karchul boiled Matar ko cooker se nikaal kar kadhaai main add kar lenge, fir isme 1 spoon Lal Mirchi Powder, half spoon Haldi Powder, half spoon ya swaadanusar Namak, 1 spoon Jeera Powder, thodi si Chini, thoda sa boiled kiye hue Matar ka pani aur 1 spoon Adrakh Lehsun ka pest add karke acche se stir karte hue sabhi masaloon ki cook karenge fir thodi der baad ek chutki Hing vi add kar lenge aur thodi der stir karenge, jab sabhi masale acche se cook ho jaye tab cooker ke sabhi Matar ko pani sahit kadhai main add kar lenge aur acche se mix kar lenge aur ab ise "Low Flame" par dhak kar 20 se 25 minutes ke liye cook karenge ....

20 se 25 minutes ke baad humari Ghugni taiyaar hai...

Maine ise serve karne ke liye ek plate par sabse pahle kuch Tikki ko rakh kar uske uper Ghugni dala hai fir Barik kate hue Gajar, Kheera, Pyaaj, Chaat masala, Nimbu ka ras, Bhujiya aur thoda sa ketchup se saja kar parosa hai.

NOTE- Is recipe ko medium to low flame par cook karna hai.
