The gorgeous starter no cooking
For 4-6 people

Radichio leaves
Mozzarella buffala or Burrata ( enough 500g)
2 ripe nectarines or šŸ‘ still firm not squishy
Crispy Pancetta or salami sliced
Mediterranean herbs or French chopped basil
Balsamic vinegar glassa
Combine all as in the video and serve as a wrap you can secure with a toothpick to make it look good on the plate and enjoy and wait for the compliments !
