Program: The District and the Community Bond Task Force, composed of parents, staff, and community members, have been exploring ways to address the failing HVAC system issue at RHS. The District has an opportunity in November 2024 to pass a bond measure that is not expected to increase the current tax rate because payments for existing bonds will be decreasing.
