How to create πŸ‘¨πŸ³

1. First, make cuts on the end of the body of the squid, and rub it with a kitchen towel to peel off the skin.
➑ Peel off the legs in the same way.
2. Use a kitchen towel or cotton cloth to remove moisture.
3. Cut the body and legs at regular intervals.
4. Mix flour and frying powder and coat with drained squid.
➑ This prevents the fried clothes from being separated from the squid.
5. Mix flour and frying powder in a 1:1 ratio, and mix water in a 1:1 ratio.
➑ Use cold water as much as possible because ice water can make it crispy.
6. Pour about 1/3 of cooking oil into a deep pot (wok) to increase the oil temperature.
7. Put the squid one by one on the batter and put it close so that the oil doesn't splash.
8. Remove the fried squid from the frying pan when the oil bubbles are gone.
9. Place fried squid on a plate and enjoy it with the sauce.

πŸ’β™€οΈ Mix mayonnaise, chopped onions, and pickles to make the sauce.
