Come along with us as we attempt to help our twelve week old sheltie puppy socialize into her surroundings. We want her to see big things, hear strange and unfamiliar sounds, and see God's other creatures, as well as talk to other people. Extra points if we hear any sirens, or she gets petted by a stranger!!

So - Today we visit Southern Grounds Coffee Shop in Neptune Beach, Florida, as well as do a bit of Christmas shopping at the Palmetto Shop, all located in Beaches Town Center. I finished buying my final two Christmas presents, but I also found something extra special for our house! After wrapping up a busy hurricane season, I was ecstatic to finally find the perfect Cross to hang in our bedroom (I had been on a 20 year hunt). 'The Hurricane Cross' by Florida Artist Sharon Parson is a lovely poem about hurricane season, as well as a ceramic palm cross to hang somewhere special in your home. So I hope you enjoy our journey today, and may God protect you and yours from treacherous storms, as well as all of His special creatures on this Earth.
