It will stretch your budget and fill your belly. You can make more gravy with the same amount of beef to feed more people. A single package of chipped beef could easily flavor 3 or 4 cups of gravy and each cup will feed at least 2 people. This is a super simple, easy, fast meal, which makes it perfect for weeknight dinners. Chipped Beef and Gravy is one of those recipes that are going to help us through the ongoing shortages and skyrocketing food prices.

2 1/2 ounces Dried Chipped Beef
2 tablespoons Flour or 1 tablespoon Corn Starch
1+ Cups Milk
Onion Powder, Pepper and Worcestershire Sauce to Taste
