This is my tribute to Alzheimers, with Inspiration from the movie The Notebook.

This was one of the hardest pieces to choreograph and yet the most touching and inspirational one to me. This is dedicated to my dearest (second mom) Chrissy and my second family ... who is currently working, praying and fighting through Alzheimers. Life can be so precious and can change in an instant. We love you!!!
