A small picker from gold prospecting in the east fork of the San Gabriel river. I got there late afternoon Saturday and had to leave the same time Sunday. Not my usual trip but I was determined to try an area that was giving up some chunky gold. It payed off. I was very pleased. I will be back to that general area during one of my upcoming trips there.
