The team is talking with a developer about building a new stadium on a long-underdeveloped 62-acre parcel of land near Roosevelt Road and Clark Street, but would that be good for the city of Chicago? Dan Bernstein, Laurence Holmes, Danny Parkins and Matt Spiegel had a lively debate about that topic in transition.
