जब से योगी आदित्यनाथ 2017 में उत्तर प्रदेश में शीर्ष पद पर बैठे हैं, उन्हें शायद ही कभी अपना शो स्वतंत्र रूप से चलाने का अवसर मिला हो। बीजेपी के दिग्गज दिल्ली से लगातार उनकी गर्दन दबा रहे थे. पिछले तीन साल में उनके पास अपनी पसंद का कोई मुख्य सचिव भी नहीं था. केवल अब उन्हें राज्य की नौकरशाही का नेतृत्व करने के लिए अपनी पसंद का अधिकारी चुनने की आजादी दी गई है। क्या ऐसा इसलिए है क्योंकि भाजपा के शीर्ष नेताओं को योगी को खुली छूट न देने की अपनी मूर्खता का एहसास हो गया है, जिसके परिणामस्वरूप अंततः 2024 के लोकसभा चुनाव में पार्टी की हार हुई?

Ever since Yogi Adityanath rode on to the top pedestal in Uttar Pradesh in 2017, he rarely got the opportunity to run his show independently. BJP bigwigs were always breathing down his neck from Delhi. In the past three years he did not even have a chief secretary of his choice . Only now he has been given the liberty to handpick an officer of choice to head the state bureaucracy. Is this because BJP top guns have realised their folly in not allowing Yogi to have a free hand , that eventually resulted in the party debacle at the 2024 Lok Sabha election ?
