In today's video, we discuss the missing and cut quest titled, Family Troubles, in The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion. The quest revolves around Jirolin Doran of Chorrol, as he believes his family lineage to be derived from Ogres. We may hear about this in the form of a rumour from other NPCs in town. Asking him about it, he decides to try and make contact with them, and tasks us with placing gems at Spy Rock. Upon doing so, we tells us to come back in 1 week to see what happens. After the week passes, Jirolin ends up missing, and his wife, Ariela Doran is worried sick. We go to Spy Rock and see that we left us a note that the Ogres were leading him to Rock Bottom Caverns. Going there, we would have had to fight our way through the ogres and rescue Jirolin. Attempting to flee without protecting him could result in his death.
