First time in the GP circuit… all those years playing racing games paid off, felt at home straight away!

This is my fastest lap, which at 2.45.10 is a pretty decent one, I think. Might be the fastest FWD lap in the wet in Nurburgring GP (road car) - at least it is after the quick search I have done. Big claim, happy to be proven wrong!

Driving in the wet always adds another dimension to a track day, but also to the fun element of driving. It is always a challenge to understand where the grip is and trying to find the fast way around is more difficult, but more rewarding.

As for the Focus ST Track Pack, what an underrated car (in my opinion). It’s a fantastic car and really feels at home in the track (dry or wet). I was apprehensive of the Pirelli Corsa tires which I thought would be sketchy in the wet (they really are good in the dry!) but no such worries! Suspension & handling felt great and so did the brakes!
