It's time for a NEW 20 MIN INTENSE TABATA WORKOUT, CHRISTMAS SPECIAL. Full Body HIIT.
This short and intense Tabata will get your heartrate up and will leave you all sweaty on the floor.
So, perfect to squeeze in during Christmas Holidays, where you hopefully are with your loved ones and enjoy the time together.
To me, sports has always been a part of my life - so also during christmas.
It's not a must do, it's a: learn to love doing it and make yourself proud.
And the food tastes even better - you probably are with me.

I hope you like my new design of the preview etc. Always open for your feedback if sth. can be improved. I wanted to make the preview more visible for you.
Also I will work on showing more modifications in the future videos again. But what else I want you to know is: always feel free to replace some exercises with basics if no modifications come in your mind fast enough.

Remember: we all are different, so are our levels of fitness. Make every single workout YOUR OWN. It is really important to make sure to maintain a proper form while exercising. Feel free to modify some exercises (such as slowing down, no jumping etc.) or rest some more if you need to. 🤍
