You can make crispy chicken without frying in oil.
It is also good for those who are on a diet (pass the sauce or dip it and eat it)
It is good to use it when it is difficult to cook with oil at home.
If you eat it without sauce, it's crispy.
The crispness is slightly lost when the sauce is applied,
Still, it's not damp, and about 30% of it is still crispy :)
If you want to eat it crispy, dip it in the sauce and eat it.

[Serves 2]
✤ Chicken Marinade
- 350g Chicken tenderloin
- 40ml Milk
- 30g Frying mix powder(or cornstarch)
- 3 Pinches of salt
- 0.3tsp Black pepper

✤ Seasoned Chicken Sauce
- 110g (9Tbsp) Starch syrup(or honey)
- 6g (1Tbsp) Fine chili powder(or paprika powder)
- 12g (1.5Tbsp) Soy sauce
- 15 g (1.5Tbsp) Sugar
- 36g (3Tbsp) Ketchup
- 2g (1tsp) Garlic powder (or 1tsp minced garlic)
- 20g (1Tbsp) red chili paste

✤ Miscellaneous
- Cereal (brown rice and corn)
- Chopped peanuts (optional)

✤ Tips
- If the sauce is too thick, add water and boil again to dissolve.
