In this short video you'll see a presentation of one of my latest knife : a Sami inspired puukko. I tried to experiment the traditionnal Saami knife shape with this sort of pommel.
I also tried to make some carvings again but it doesn't turn out as good as on the previous one. I think the reindeer antler was too porous and also I need more practice.


The blade is a Puronvarsi 125cm, the handle is reindeer antler, leather spacer and curly birch polished with Carnuba wax.
The sheath as a spruce inlay and the rest is made of cow leather dyed brown.
