In this video, we built a atom cell that contains lithium element, and its two ends is sealed with glass that laser beams can go through, we use Saturated absorption spectroscopy method to measure hyper-fine states energy of the lithium atom.
The lithium inside the sell should be heat up around 350 degreee C so it will vapolized.
The cell is pumped to be vaccum by removing aire molecues.
