Spray metal with swimming pool muriatic acid

After muriatic acid, spray with hydrogen peroxide. Keep spraying with hydrogen peroxide until desired color is achieved. Any kind of hydrogen peroxide is fine

Later the metal can be sealed to prevent further rusting
