Very different one this week, not van build related at all, rather just me sharing some of what I've been struggling with and the constant reassurance I've been having to give myself that it's really ok with how difficult life is right now. As such it does cover, at least briefly, some sensitive topics, hence the trigger warning at the beginning. Please give it a miss if you feel like it might cause any issues.

This isn't intended to be a pity party or a cry for a help, I'm getting myself through all this with the help I have, and I know that there's many people out there struggling too and this is more about showing some solidatory and recognition that life is very hard for a hell of a lot of people right now.
