I saw the Craftsman ‪@TheCrafsMan‬ scale down a figure on his channel and it got me thinking: "I wonder if I can get Marvel Legends heads and/or body parts to scale down to the 1/18 scale?!?"
This is the result of that 1st try putting 2 Starlord, 2 Thanos, a Gamora, a Wendigo, an Ego, and a Draxhead(s?) through the process.
I mixed some platinum silicon with mineral spirits (approx a 50/50 ratio by weight), demolded, then let it air dry for several days (i did try casting early and the end result at that time made me doubt). Patience prevailed though and they came out 😎👌
They scaled down to about the 5" line.

Because of that I wanted to see how the 5" 90s line would scale down. Mixed some silicon and added mineral spirits (this time I went to a more 40/45 to 60/55 ratio). Sabertooth, 3 Wolverine, Havok, Strong Guy, Quicksilver, Aurora, Snowbird, Morph, G.W. Bridges, and Shatterstar heads were put through the process.
I will say -- its better to keep that ratio of mineral spirits to 50% as the molds came out hit or miss and super sticky (or I could/should have waited longer...LoL). Which was/is a bummer. Remolding theses same heads now with a more 50/50 blend of silicon to mineral spirits but wanted to show how they came out with what I've done.

Would love to get a hookup for quality 30a shore hardness silicon to be able to do a ton more.

LONG STORY SHORT:
Marvel Legends heads go to about the 5" 90s line scale (when mixing silicon to mineral spirits at 50/50)
The 5" 90s heads scale down to about the 1/18 scale (when using a nonrecommendable 40 to 60 ratio of silicon to mineral spirits).

HYPOTHESIS:
Marvel Legends will take one more mold to shrink down to 1/18 scale (hopefully not 2 more 🤞😁).
We'll see.

Used RSC's Flex-It 80 and Fabri-Cast 50 for the pours. I purchased these to try them out and definitely see some uses for them in what I am doing.
