Other routine activities such as watering plants, gardening and cooking. This dish is made from Japanese papaya leaves, the taste is similar to cassava leaves, I processed them into delicious snacks, namely Japanese papaya leaf satay balls.

🍡Cassava leaf satay recipe (Japanese papaya leaves):
. 400-500 g Japanese papaya leaves (can be replaced with cassava leaves)
. 5 tbsp tapioca flour
. 1 egg
. Salt and mushroom stock to taste
. Pepper / ground pepper
. You can add crushed garlic
. The oil for frying
. Peanut sauce seasoning

🥜 Recipe for peanut sauce:
. 3 garlic
. 2 shallot
. 10 curly chilies / 5 large red chilies
. According to taste cayenne pepper
. 120 g peanuts
. According to taste salt, palm sugar, stock powder
. 2 lime leaves
. 300-400 ml of water
