Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs boneless chicken breast cut into cubes
1 sweet red pepper cut into chunks
1 green bell pepper (capsicum) cut into chunks
100g pineapple cut into chunks
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons plain flour
2 tablespoons cornstarch
2 cloves garlic crushed or grated
1 medium onion cut into chunks
1 extra large egg or 2 medium
1/2 cup vegetable oil or sunflower oil
Oil for frying

Sweet and Sour Sauce
100 ml water
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1 tablespoons sriracha hot sauce
1 teaspoon soya sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
4 tablespoons ketchup
4 tablespoons tomato paste
65 ml white vinegar
1 tablespoon granulated sugar
