Span has been looking to replace its Legacy EF-18 Hornets. The Eurofighter Typhoon has been slated to replace the 20 oldest Hornets, and for a brief time it looked like the F-35 Lightning was being considered to replace the remaining 60 EF-18s. We will take a look at how the F-35 Could meet Spain's needs and fill the gap until the FCAS 6th Generation fighter becomes available.
