1. Product Backlog
Prioritized list for product needs.
Maintained by the product owner.
Contains features, requirements, enhancements, fixes.
Based on business or customer value.
In form of epics, user stories, bugs, etc.

2. Sprint Backlog
Subset of items for current sprint.
Selected by the development team.
During the sprint planning meeting.

3. Increment
Sum of completed items in sprint.
Includes work from all previous sprints.
A step towards the final product.
Usable, potentially releasable version each sprint.
