The ingredients for the rose cream are a) 1 glass of rose syrup (200 ml), b) 4 glasses of water (800 ml), c) 4 full spoons of corn flour, (80g). d) 4 glasses of water (800 ml). The cream was made on a 20x28 cm plate.
