We rubbed the butt with
2tbs Butt Rub
2tbs Garlic salt
2tbs Cayenne pepper
1tbs black pepper

We smoked at 250 F for 17 1/2 hours. We added to apple wood around the 2x2x2high snake method. We didn’t wrap or power through the stall by increasing temps. We just waited
The bark was amazing! The whole cook was incredible. This was the first time that I just rode out a stall. Riding this one out took 8 lbs of royal oak charcoal. Wow.
