The Cody Calm Center, a wellness room designed by teens themselves to have a space to relax and focus on their mental health. The Cody Rouge Community Action Alliance CDC is working to normalize seeking outside support around mental health while making it accessible for community members to have an overall healthy lifestyle.

Cody Calm Center was a finalist in the national Children and Youth Resilience Challenge. The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) launched the Resilience Challenge as part of President Biden’s Unity Agenda and Mental Health Strategy and an initiative of the HHS Behavioral Health Coordinating Council Subcommittee on Children and Youth.
