This is part of the Twisted Skyscrapersim video series, having the floor not be there when an elevator arrives on that floor. The building is Transnational Office Plaza, doing a partial elevator tour of that building. The floor defaults to being on, though, so I had to manually turn the floor off at the beginning and end of each elevator ride.
