What you’re looking forward to the most when you visit Japan is the food right? And to fully enjoy a great meal, you need to have the best drinks too. Japanese beers are of course amazing, but I know you’d want to try drinking Japanese saké.

But if you actually go to an Izakaya or a traditional restaurant, you will be shocked. There are too many kinds, they all have difficult names, and the staff will even ask you if you’d like it hot or cold. I think most people will just randomly choose the one the staff recommended, and end their saké experience. Nooo! You’re missing out on a great adventure of Japanese drinks!
