hello! I'm "Baking Again Today".
Today, ahead of the end of the year, I made a strawberry cake filled with strawberries by stacking strawberries in three layers.
This is a really delicious strawberry cake with plenty of sweet and sour strawberries and rich milk-flavored milk cream on a moist cake sheet. It was so delicious that I ate it without any hesitation.
* Please note that it is much more delicious if you eat it after aging for a day. *

▶ Ingredients ◀ 1 cake size 15cm in diameter
- sponge cake : 🔥 Preheat to 338℉(170℃), bake for 35-37 minutes at 320℉(160℃).

150g eggs
75g sugar
two pinches of salt
20g honey
3g vanilla extract
80g cake flour
25g milk
25g canola oil
✏ Cake Syrup
20g sugar
40g hot water

450g whipping cream

- Store in the refrigerator and consume within 3 days. It tastes much better if you eat the cake the next day rather than the day you made it. 😊
