As I live in Canada south, the season doesn't start up for me until fairly late. However, a relatively mild winter allowed for a fair amount of color to stick around, so, I figured it was as good of a time as any to take a little walk around and assess the damage from the winter and how, if at all, I'm going to be addressing them. This is a great step for everyone taking care of a lawn is to get out there in spring and start to assess the way of the land and begin firing up your plans for the year.

I unfortunately tore my ACL playing indoor soccer and, as a result, will be likely out of commission from April 14 until likely June. Will be relying on my wife and any help I can find to keep the practice facility functioning through the spring before I can get back on my feet and out in the lawn. I wish you all the best here as we all work together to make our lawn the nicest it can be.
