I'm going all in with slow cooker meals and batch baking where you freeze portions then defrost and reheat when needed. It's easier for me to do this at the moment and it's also cheaper and healthier. I'm a total beginner at this so I'm learning as I go but we've already got favourite recipes in the freezer. LOL.
Please note - i didn't realise till I'd put it away that the fresh diced pork x2 and a chicken slice weren't available so the amount I said in the video wasn't correct - it was about £10 cheaper.
