Ingredients:
Take boneless chicken 250 gm. Now cut them into long strip with a medium thickness,take them in a bowl, add little salt, 1 tsp black pepper powder, 1 tsp kashmiri red chilli powder, 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste, add little zest of a keffir lime(very carefully, only the green skin), add 2 tbsp lemon juice, mix them well and keep it for 30 to 40 minutes aside to marinate.

Making the batter in a bowl:
Take a bowl, take three eggs and whip them, add 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1 tsp black pepper, 1/2 tsp red chilli powder, add salt according to taste, add 4 tbsp maida(all purpose flour), 4 tbsp cornflour, all 1 tsp juice of keffir lime, add 2 pinch baking soda, now mix it well.

Frying process:
Take oil in a karai and heat it with high flame. Now take marinated chicken piece one by one and drop it in to batter and then fry it with low to medium flame. It will take about 4 minutes to fry. Serve them with salad, tomato sauce, mustard sauce. Enjoy.
