Hello, let's talk T- shirts, made from jersey cotton ...we all have too many and donating them to the thrift store will most likely send them to the landfill- the fate of too many textiles in this world. Unfortunately, just because something is recyclable doesn't mean it will be recycled.
In 2010 the recovery rate for all textiles was only 15%, according to the EPA. Unrecovered textiles amounted for almost 5% of all landfill space in the United States.
Follow along this in-depth sewing tutorial, as I transform multiple t-shirts from my collection into 3 fresh, refashioned designs.
3 projects
1. Long Sleeve Logo Cover Up... with Sleeve Flair (:39)
2. Combination Tee (4:48)
3. Robot Takeover (8:32)

A comprehensive sewing tutorial, focusing at working with jersey cotton, sewing with a serger or overlock machine and a ball needle.
