basque cheesecake ingredients:
450g of cream cheese, room temperature
1/2 cup granulated sugar
3 large eggs, room temperature
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 tablespoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup (30g) all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon of lemon juice
