After looking on an internet auction, I saw this interesting locomotive amongst some other more common locomotives.

Being a big fan of 16mm Heritage and more unique locomotives, I dug into my magazine archive to try and find what it was...

After flicking through many magazines, I found it!

Clay Cellars Castings made as far as I'm aware, two locomotives. An 0-6-0 Fiji locomotive, and another with an 6 or 8 wheeled tender, either coal or gas with their own custom chassis with working-full Walschaerts valve gear.

With support of fellow heritage members I've been able to find out a lot of information about it and it is believed that only two Sigatoka's were made.

Statfold Barn, near Tamworth has a survivor of the same class which were built in 1912, number's 972,973 and 974.
After returning from Shawe Engineering, it runs like a dream and really appreciates a heavy load to draw the fire.
