Rex Incognito tells several stories in which our lord of Geo traveled the lands of Liyue and interacted with the people... in his own way he attempts to teach them lessons, but sometimes learns lessons himself as well... At the end of the day it seems that the Geo Archon just makes stuff up which due to his matter of facture ends up being completely believable resulting in... confusion for the people generations later.
