So I'm fairly impressed with the product. It's simple and it does what it says it does on the box. It's easy to use and seems like it will last a while. I am unlikely to ever own a knife that I wouldn't be able to sharpen with it. I don't know if this belongs in a professional kitchen cause i'm not a pro cook. However for most households my guess is that it should surely do the trick.
