Limbang is a small border town in the north of Sarawak. It is in a special geographical location - it is sandwiched between Brunei like a cookie, surrounded by layers and isolated from the world. Lawas is recognized by travelers from all over the world as the best rest stop between major cities in Sarawak.Until the 1990s, Lawas and Limbang were considered a romantic spot. Although Lawas is not very connected, travelers can still easily reach it by road and waterway. An important attraction in Lawas is Tamu Lawas, where is the agricultural product market.
