After replacing two boards inside from Sungold Power, the 12 kW inverter/charger hybrid is repeatedly burning Q1 and Q10 on the left board.

At this point, we are requesting a replacement unit of 12 kW or higher that performs all the same functions as the hybrid we currently have. We are willing to pay for any shipping costs or costs over the original value of the inverter we currently have.

We will update everyone on the result of our request.
