We unpack all the items needed to set up our Portland Pudgy for Sailing and come up with a system to minimize the set up time. We also make some modifications to the dagger / lee boards, Cunningham, reefing system and traveler to make it easier when launching from our 1974 Gulfstar motorsailor. We go through setting up the rudder and tiller, dagger/lee boards, mast and boom, sail and control lines.... on and off the water (ok, it was a pool... but still water!)
