Today, I'll introduce you delicious sandwich, a tomato avocado sandwich that doesn't need any other modifiers. It's a great sandwich for a busy morning, brunch, and light lunch because you can make it in 10 minutes, and it's delicious and healthy.
Ingredients
1 tbsp olive oil
4 sliced whole wheat bread
2 tomatoes
1 avocado
1 garlic
a handful of basil
Tofu Mayonnaise
salt
pepper
How to make
1. Heat olive oil in a grill pan and place whole wheat bread on top and bake until golden.
2. Slice the tomatoes thickly, put them in a pan with olive oil, bake, and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
3. Cut the avocado into bite-size pieces.
4. Rub the chopped raw garlic on the toasted bread to make it fragrant, then apply tofu mayonnaise.
5. Make a sandwich with fresh basil, grilled tomatoes, avocados, and bread.
Oil Free Mayo
1 medium tofu
1 lemon
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp pink salt
1/2 cup cashew nuts
How to make
1. Drain the tofu from water.
2. Put tofu in a mixer, add the juice of 1 lemon, Dijon mustard, salt, cashew nuts and grind finely.
